Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; you can cancel at any time after that.

Client and realtor report viewing remains free.

We chose $18.47 a month on purpose. We would rather keep Inspectra affordable enough that a solo inspector can pay for it out of a single inspection than price it high and sell it to a few firms.
